In 2015 with the release of iOS 9 Apple also released a new app called "News". As the name implies its a news aggregator for reading news on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 9 or newer. News is a far better user experience compared to standard web pages with their ever increasing pop ups and animated ads that are clearly more focused on the ads than the content. While ShootLighter.com is 100% mobile compatible and works great with Safari or Chrome, Apple's News app takes the user experience up a notch. News is a native app, and as such feels faster, cleaner and generally a better experience across the board compared to reading on a web page.
