Fuji X-Pro1, 56mm ISO400, f/11, 1/125 sec. One speedlight setup at 1/2 Power in a Joe McNally white lined Softbox, and a small silver reflector for fill. Processed using the Fuji monochrome + yellow filter, and added vignette in Lightroom.
