Popular on 500px
For those of you who are not familiar with 500px.com it's a photographer site similar to flickr only much better. So many of the photos on 500px are just simply amazing and can humble even the best of photographers perusing the site for inspiration. If you are familiar with 500px then you already know how difficult it can be to reach the coveted Popular section. Reaching the Popular section is based on votes received by other account holders most of which are photographers so you are basically voted to the top by your piers. So it's kind of a big deal for me to see one of my street photos make it to the Popular section recently.
